• Photos and video recorded during camp activities

When you download our free coaching guide, we collect your email address.

• To process registrations and communicate camp logistics
• To ensure participant safety (medical information)
• To create highlight reels, skills reports, and promotional content
• To send camp-related updates and follow-up communications

6. Children’s Data

Our camp is for players aged 11–18. We collect player data only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents/guardians may request access to, correction, or deletion of their child’s data at any time.

7. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors interact with the site. These services may set cookies on your device. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Data Retention

Registration data is retained for 2 years after the camp ends. Marketing email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is subject to Google and Meta’s retention policies.
