Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These terms govern your registration for and participation in Eurohope Basketball Camp (“the Camp”), organised by Stoyan Toshkov (“the Organiser”). By registering, you agree to these terms.

2. Camp Details

  • Dates:9–13 August 2026 (5 days)
  • Location: Спортен комплекс Перущица (Perushtitsa Sports Complex), Plovdiv region, Bulgaria
  • Ages:11–18 years old
  • Capacity: 40 participants

3. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • Early bird price:€449 (available until 31 May 2026)
  • Regular price:€499 (from 1 June 2026)
  • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payment instructions are provided after the registration form is submitted.

4. What’s Included

  • 30+ hours of professional basketball training
  • Individual skills report (15 categories)
  • Highlight reel produced by TheComeUpMedia (EuroLeague videographer)
  • Camp jersey and materials
  • Meals and snacks during camp hours
  • Accommodation at the sports complex

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • More than 30 days before camp start:full refund minus a €50 admin fee
  • 15–30 days before camp start: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before camp start: no refund
  • If the camp is cancelled by the Organiser, a full refund will be issued.

6. Health & Safety

  • Parents/guardians must complete a medical information form before camp starts.
  • Participants must be fit to participate in physical sporting activity.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour poses a safety risk.
  • Basic first aid will be available on-site. The Organiser is not liable for injuries sustained during normal sporting activity.

7. Photo & Video Consent

By registering, you consent to the participant being photographed and filmed during camp activities. This content may be used for:

  • Individual highlight reels (delivered to the participant)
  • Camp promotional materials (website, social media, advertising)

If you do not wish your child to appear in promotional content, you must notify us in writing at sto6toshkov@gmail.com before the camp starts. Individual highlight reels will still be produced.

8. Liability

The Organiser takes reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety. However, basketball is a physical sport and injuries can occur. The Organiser is not liable for:

  • Injuries sustained during normal basketball training and activities
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure)

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring adequate travel and health insurance for the participant.

9. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Respect coaches, staff, and fellow participants
  • Follow safety instructions at all times
  • Take care of facilities and equipment

The Organiser reserves the right to dismiss any participant who breaches the code of conduct, without refund.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
